Brian has led the daily operations for several major GSE contracts for a major national field service company. With a background in commercial and residential construction, Brian is schooled on all aspects of client requirements, with an emphasis on quality and workmanship. He was tasked with heading up major commercial construction projects and through hard work, leadership, and oversight they have been all successful.

Lee comes to 24 Asset Management from a long and productive tenure as the Director of Operations with a large national field service company. Lee managed the firms operations with over 800 employees, development of state of the art technological tools, procedures for vendor management and field operations, and the management of the largest GSE portfolios. His expertise in the industry derives from a highly analytical skill set, and his firm belief in the standards of continuous improvement through a constant analysis of the business, from every angle.

Eduardo San Roman, 24 Asset’s President, accumulated a tremendous amount of real estate and business experience through the 14 Florida real estate brokerages he founded and led prior to creating 24 Asset. In 2007 Mr. San Roman retired from his real estate brokerage business to found 24 Asset. He is based out of the Miami location and has been in the REO industry for over 31 years.

Gregory Seale is based out of the San Diego location. Mr. Seale has spent most of his servicing years in the mortgage arena. His extensive servicing background began at Western Federal Savings in Marina Del Rey, California in the mid-1990’s. Prior to forming 24 Asset Management Corp, Mr. Seale was the Director of Loss Mitigation for Homecomings Financial/GMAC in San Diego, California.

Mr. Hillsman is a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate professional. Mr. Hillsman’s previous background is in the mortgage banking industry, particularly as the CFO, COO, and finally the President of GMAC Residential, a full service mortgage and real estate corporation. Mr. Hillsman has a solid background in financial and process management, and provides valuable guidance, leadership, and insight to the Assero executive management team.

She has previously held positions as Construction Manager for a property management firm in Philadelphia and as the Senior Project Manager for the largest banking conversion in the US. Jill Prides herself on her ability to create and implement operational processes as well as encourage and empower employees in the development of critical thinking and problems solving skills. Her strongest assets are her focus, determination and true passion for business.

Michael, a licensed realtor from Florida, brings six years of real estate and management experience. Previous to joining Assero, Michael managed an office with over 100 active real estate agents. Bethann is the Recurring Services Manager for Assero 24. She has been in the Real Estate industry since 1999, focusing on operations in the REO and Property Management sector. Bethann has led various levels of operational teams, from Field Services and Preservation to Marketing and Closing Assets. Bethann is a steady and vibrant leader, with years of responsible roles and the ability to build teams which enhance our offerings. She is a fighter, determined to provide each client a steady hand while breaking down barriers which obstruct our ability to succeed.

David is a Program Manager. He has recently managed a portfolio of over 20,000 GSE REO properties for a leading national REO Field Services firm. His background includes being a field manager, field operations and operations, relationship management, and superb communications skills. He is a seasoned manager, with experience in corporate billing, invoice management, special projects and transitions into new relationships. David is a graduate of the University of North Texas.

Lisa is a real estate professional with over 25 years of increasingly responsible roles for a major national bank. She has led default servicing teams, managed call centers, and run both REO and Property Preservation departments that were responsible for the management of hundreds of thousands of homes across the country. Lisa additionally supports the Military Warriors Support Foundation, Home Donation program, which provides homes free of charge to wounded service members and their families, all of which are donated by national banks and servicing firms.

Richere is the National Director of HOA and Utility Management, with the responsibility of leading our team of professional HOA (Home Owner’s Association)/Utility/Code technicians. This role encompasses all aspects of payables for assigned distressed and REO properties, including utility activations, payables, HOA/PUD negotiations, and Vacant Property issues. Richere is a licensed real estate broker in California for over 20 years. She has worked as a leader in mortgage and real estate services firms for years in including call center management, sales, and title/closing.

Greg Harrison is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of procurement and operations experience. Greg holds a BS from Towson University in Business Management, a BA from NYU in Communications, and an MBA from the University of Delaware. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, and has led multiple Fortune 500 executive teams through difficult financial and operational challenges. Most recently Greg led AMS through the procurement and subsequent execution of the largest FHA REO services contract in the history of the nation.

Brian is the National Director of Quality Control and Field Management. Brian has extensive experience in the industry, beginning as a specialized inspector for custom homes and working his way up to leading a team of 400 service providers maintaining properties under warranty conditions. In the recent past, Brian has been a Quality Control inspector, Field Manager, and national field services manager with responsibility for over 35 field offices in 20 states, servicing more than 20,000 REO properties at any one time.
